The 1st session takes two to three hours as we dive to the root of the pain, untangle confusion and release the gunk. Each session is transformational.

SHAMANIC HEALERS
Biffy Cotter and Krissy Rose, the co-founders of Shaman Rising, and have been doing healing work and training for over half a decade in Sacramento California. They met at yoga and soon realized they both had a deep connection to shamanism through their own healing experiences. They share the same Shamanic Healing Practitioner and teacher’s, Jana Din, Heather Weingartner and Anna Lopez and continue to train to this day in the Pachakuti Mesa Tradition.
Their healing journey has taken them to Bali to meet healers, make offerings and do cleansing in the Sacred Water Temple. They have studied indigenous ways of healing, ceremony, and prayer through The Center for Sacred Studies and completed the two year ministry program of Walking Prayer.
BIFFY COTTER
Biffy has been intuitively connected to Spirit for nearly three decades. She hears guidance for herself and others. Biffy’s awakening journey began 25 years ago when she could no longer ignore the intuitive voice of guidance; she was being guided to step out of her marriage into the unknown with her two children. This radical shift in her life brought her closer to Spirit, and a faith in the unseen world. Over the years Biffy has strengthened her ability to hear the guidance, receives visions and is a channel for powerful healings guided by Spirit. She has studied the energy body for two decades, is certified in Reiki, yoga, was ordained as a minister through The Center for Sacred Studies and continues to train under her beloved shamanic teachers. Her life is fully devoted to following the path directed by Spirit caring for the needs of her family, clients and community. She serves as the spiritual director of her yoga community- Yoga Shala Sacramento, and sees people for healings sessions. Biffy says, “ the healing, visions and messages are not my doing, but rather- the grace of God. I am an instrument in which God works through.”

KRISSY ROSE
Welcome to your spiritual journey of healing and wellness. My name is Krissy, and my life’s work is to be of service. Beginning my spiritual journey more than a decade ago, I knew that I was not just seeking to release my own traumas, but to become a healer for all of Mother Earth’s inhabitants, and facilitate sacred connections and communications. As an ordained minister through The Center of Sacred Studies, a yoga teacher, and Reiki healer, I became aware of my intuition and am aware that there is something beyond the physical world; there is a great mystery that knocks on the door of the heart. As your spiritual guide and supporter, I will help you heal, and when you heal, your ancestors and descendants receive this blessing, and all that you hold dear. I journey to the unseen worlds and receive messages, and can serve as a bridge for you. It is my honor and privilege to serve as a clear channel of healing service.
